Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons altered cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
